Intake session $195 ($180 concession rate) for 90 min (approx.) session. This is a longer initial session to allow time to collect relevant information.
Subsequent sessions $180 ($160 concession rate) for 50 min (approx.) session.
Medicare rebate of $93.35 is available for clients with a current Mental Health Treatment Plan.
Fees payable at time of appointment.
Cancellation policy:
Notice provided inside 2 business days – 50% of session fee.
Notice provided inside 1 business day – 100% of session fee.
Note – Fees are subject to change from 1st July each year.

Everyone feels angry some of the time. Anger is a useful emotion that can motivate us to express our feelings and to take action.
When that action hurts others or ourselves however, this can cause problems in relationships and at work, and can lead to strong feelings of remorse and guilt.
It is possible to learn to express anger in a respectful and assertive way. Therapy can assist to identify triggers, early warning signs to anger, and with learning ways to communicate effectively. Contact me

Grief is a normal response to loss and involves intense emotional pain and even unexpected feelings such as shock, anger, disbelief, and guilt.
Loss may include the death of a loved one, a relationship breakup, losing a job, miscarriage, retirement, loss of health, or loss of a future dream.
Most people will adjust to the loss over time and do not need professional help. However, for those experiencing prolonged or complicated grief reactions, therapy can assist with coping with grief and adjusting to the loss. Contact me
